I am directed to inform you that the University Press on the 30th October gave notice in writing requiring the Commission to determine the question of their being entitled to the relief from liability to pay war damage contributions afforded by Section 39 of the War Damage Act and enclose their the statement of the facts as required by paragraph 4 of the procedure rules.
A copy of that statement I understand was forwarded to the Commissioners of Inland Revenue on the same day, and no doubt they will forward the counter-statement in due course
